Contest Terms and Conditions: "BBMAK's Nice List Nomination"
1. Eligibility:
The "BBMAK's Nice List Nomination" contest is open to participants aged 18 and older.
Contestants must have a valid social media profile on platforms where the contest is hosted (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
2. Contest Period:
The contest will commence on November 13th at 2 PM (EST) and conclude on November 16th at 11:59 PM (EST)
3. How to Enter:
Participants must nominate someone they believe would love to attend the "Christmas with BBMAK VIP Event."
Nominations should be made by tagging the nominee in the comments of the contest post and state why they deserve to be on #BBMAKsNiceList.
To complete their entry, participants must share the contest post on at least one of their social media profiles using the hashtag #BBMAKNiceList.
4. Multiple Entries:
Participants may submit multiple nominations, but each nomination must be made in a separate comment, and a new post must be shared for each entry.
5. Judging and Winner Selection:
Entries will be reviewed by a judging panel, which may include members of BBMAK.
The panel will select the most heartwarming and deserving entry as the winner.
6. Winner Announcement:
The winner will be announced via a live video or special social media post on November 17th.
The winning entry will be showcased to highlight the joy it brings.
7. Prize:
The winner will receive one (1) VIP ticket to the "Christmas with BBMAK VIP Event."
8. Notification:
The winner will be notified through a direct message on the social media platform where they made their entry.
The winner must respond within 3 days to claim their prize.
9. Privacy:
Personal information shared during this contest will be used solely for the purpose of winner notification and prize delivery.
11. Sponsorship:
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and accept the decisions of the judging panel as final.
